WillaJory Willamette Valley Pinot Gris, sourced entirely from our L.I.V.E. certified sustainable Erratic Oaks Vineyard in the Mount Pisgah sub-AVA of the Willamette Valley, fully reflects the qualities or terroir of our magnificent site.  The grapes were crushed directly to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.  The cool fermentation maintains the rich freshness of our Pinot Gris fruit.  Only the gentlest techniques were used.

This vibrant Pinot Gris offers exciting aromas of peaches, melon and pears.  A wine with rich, yet crisp fruit and lingering finish.  Enjoy with all fish, poultry, pasta and pork.
