Ingredients
  • 1 Bunch fresh baby spinach
  • 1 pear (Bosc or Anjou) peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • Toasted Walnuts
  • White Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsps white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, except for the salt and pepper.  Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
